Role: Client Services Co-ordinator

Full time: 40 hours per week
Designs Signage Solutions are looking for a full time Client Services team member to join us. Helping to ensure we continue to offer first class customer services as our business grows with lots of new projects from new and existing clients.
The right person will be the first person customers talk to when they contact us. It is important you have a warm and friendly personality. We're a fun, but professional place to work and we're looking for someone who works hard, can play their part in a team environment and has a positive can do attitude.
The role involves dealing with new and existing customer enquiries, preparing quotes alongside project managers and the sales team, sending quotes to customers and following these up. On approval of quotes you will be the liaison between the design team, production, installation and the customer, handling any queries as the jobs progress.

Designs Signage Solutions have been established for over 27 years and specialise in signage design, manufacturing and installation, vehicle livery, emergency service vehicle reflective livery and sports & event branding.
