Steel Erect Signage.

Steel is used in the construction of some larger signage installations, where a robust frame is required a steel frame is usually constructed off site. To ensure the completed signage can withstand strong winds without toppling over a steel cage is usually fixed into the ground with cement. The Steel frame of the sign is then fixed to the protruding bolts extending from the cage that’s set within the cement.

Within almost all monolith or totem signs there will be a steel box frame, this is then cladded with the decorated panels that make up the completed sign.

Steel is used in the fabrication of lots of different signs, usually external signs that could experience exposure to high loads and winds.
